Below is a summary of our Terms and Conditions. Upon request, we will send you the extended version of our Terms and Conditions (by -email).

Cancellation policy

All reservations/bookings are non-refundable, so you cannot cancel a booking free of charge. It can be decided otherwise by mutual agreement.

Payments

When booking: deposit of 50% of the booking amount within 24 hours of booking. This amount is considered security for the reservation and is non-refundable. If the amount is received then the reservation is final.

Four (4) weeks before arrival: payment of the balance of the booking amount. We will send you a reminder and expect the amount to be credited to our account no later than 24 hours later. If this is not the case, we will consider the reservation cancelled. Already paid amounts will not be refunded.

We realize that this can lead to unpleasant situations. We therefore recommend that you take out your own travel and/or cancellation insurance.

Checking In and Out

We strive to have your room available on time. Check-in is possible from 14:00 onwards. In order to prepare the rooms for our new arriving guests, we request that you clear the room before 10:30 am.

It is advisable to always share your arrival and departure times with us. We will be there to receive you and if necessary we can adjust check-in and check-out times by mutual agreement.

Come earlier or leave later: you can always store your luggage in a safe place with us.

Accessibility

Our guest rooms are only accessible by stairs. For the terrace garden and pool, you have to go further down a staircase. We don’t have an elevator. Therefore, we are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We are also very fond of a quiet living environment. Therefore, we are not suitable for children under the age of 18.

Furthermore, pets are not welcome with us and smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas.

We always send with the reservation our Terms and Conditions. By making a payment you declare to have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
