Welcome to Guesthouse Maravilloso in Andalusia, the region where the sun shines all year round.
Our Guesthouse
Maravilloso is located in Torreblanca, Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. Our house is 54 meters above sea level and about 800 meters from the beach. The beaches, Los Boliches on one side and Carvajal on the other. There is a choice of many international restaurants on the boulevards and in town. Fuengirola has the largest market on the Costa del Sol every Tuesday.
Sightseeing
Worth seeing cities like Malaga, Marbella and Mijas Pueblo are nearby. But also the Moorish cities of Granada (be sure to visit the Alhambra) and Cordoba are not far away. Activities
There are many natural parks in the mountains. Among them, the Calminito del Rey is the king of hiking trails. Explore the area by bike, book a Creavonturas bike tour or a Malaga city bike tour. Want to play golf? There are seventy golf courses between Malaga and Marbella in which our guesthouse is central. Would you like to spend a week working online in the sun, you can do that with us in peace. We have good WIFI, even by the pool.
Accessibility
From Malaga Aiprort we can be reached in 15 minutes by car. By train you can get to Torreblanca in 20 minutes. Our guesthouse is centrally located with the bus stop and train station around the corner. Parking is available in front of our door.
We are Dick and Sandra van der Es. We have enjoyed running several hotel-restaurants in the Netherlands for thirty-five years. After so many years as entrepreneurs in hospitality, we wanted to live our dream in Spain. Since 2022 we now enjoy our villa Maravilloso, where we live and rent out two rooms in the guesthouse.

Our Rooms
Our guesthouse has two spacious, bright rooms, of course with private bathrooms and toilet. You’ll find a well-stocked refrigerator with wines, beers and soft drinks. Throughout the guesthouse, including by the pool we have a good WiFi connection.
